 While we have established connections and preferred suppliers, we are happy to work with you to build the trip that fits your dreams and your tastes. Be advised there is a $50 non-refundable and non-transferable research fee for parties of 4 or fewer, and there is a $100 non-refundable and non-transferable research fee for parties of 5 or more. The research fee will be applied toward your booked vacation* and deducted from your total. For group bookings requiring 10 or more rooms please email us at sales@tpgvacations.com 

Be sure to complete our travel inquiry form when you're ready to book. Allow 3 business days to receive acknowledgment of your request. Once your request is reviewed and it is determined that your request can be fulfilled, you will be advised to submit payment for the research fee. Submit your research fee. Once your fee is received by our offices, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your customized vacation proposal.

Please thoroughly review your proposal. If you like what you see please approve your proposal. If you have questions about your proposal please ask so that we can ensure that you have the best-fit package. Due to constantly fluctuating prices and availability prices are not guaranteed until a deposit has been made to secure your trip.**

* Please be advised if you do not book a trip with TPG Vacations within 21 days of paying your research fee, the research fee becomes immediately non-refundable and will be retained by TPG Vacations for their time.
