TPG Vacations is excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. Please be advised that inventory is constantly fluctuating due to supply and demand. We cannot guarantee that this property and price will be available at the time you are ready to book. Therefore, time is of the essence if you wish to proceed with this booking please pay or deposit immediately or contact us with any questions.
Pricing is based on the occupancy you selected when you booked. Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy.
Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges. Passports must have an expiration date of 6 months beyond the date of travel.
Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed.
Spa discounts apply to spa treatments and services only; not applicable to the purchase of spa products. Discounted amenities and services cannot be combined with other discounts. Additional restrictions may apply on eligible Romantic Dinner packages or Spa services. All services should be arranged with the concierge after check-in. Resort Coupons cannot be combined with Spa, Wine, or Romantic Dinner discounts. Resort Coupons do not hold any cash or commercial value, are not refundable and are non-transferable. Resort Coupons are valid during the original stay and cannot be combined with any other promotion or special offer.
PRICE GUARANTEE:
A one-time price adjustment is permitted per room and only applies to the land portion. The air portion of a booking is not eligible for price adjustment. All travelers in the room must have purchased insurance to qualify. Price adjustments must be requested prior to the final payment due date and, if applicable, any refunds will be processed to the original form of payment unless otherwise requested for added tours, transfers, or fees. This does not apply to non-refundable room categories. Pricing must be available to be verified at the time of the request and all components must match. Email the request for price drop adjustment to sales@tpgvacations.com and include the current screenshot including the same hotel, room category, and flight schedule. No changes can be made to bookings with non-refundable hotel rates.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
A cancellation is defined as the voluntary termination of an entire trip and is requested BEFORE the original travel date. You understand tour packages are completely non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a scheduled tour program within the package no refunds or partial refunds will be provided. If you check in to your hotel a day late due to unforeseen circumstances no partial refunds will be provided. If you miss a transfer due to unforeseen circumstances no partial refunds will be provided. All cancellation requests are required to be submitted in writing to sales@tpgvacations.com. Your reservation will incur a cancellation fee of $50 per person. This fee is in addition to any charges imposed by the vendor. If you cancel without purchasing travel protection, you will lose all payments made toward your reservation. If you purchased travel protection and need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a refund minus the travel protection cost & our agency cancellation fee; please allow 14-21 business days for processing.
CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS & CHARGEBACKS:
If for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against the provider, and not against TPG Vacations. In the event that payment has been made to TPG Vacations by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to charge back your payment to TPG Vacations. If TPG Vacations incurs any costs, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, to recover any payments charged back by your credit card company, you agree that you will be liable for these costs. If the credit card is declined, you guarantee that you will settle any amounts owed to TPG Vacations via money order or cash immediately.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Your travel documents will be emailed to you once full payment is received. Please check them carefully to ensure that all the information is correct and passenger names exactly match your Proof of Citizenship.
